TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern access to, navigation of, and use of the Arimatea website, as well as purchases made through our online store.

By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges having had the opportunity to review the information regarding the selected creation, its price, and the conditions applicable to the transaction.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, particularly Law 1480 of 2011 — the Colombian Consumer Protection Statute — Law 2439 of 2024, and any other regulations that amend, supplement, or regulate them.

2. Arimatea Creations

Arimatea develops and offers jewelry pieces created through artisanal processes and various jewelry-making and metalsmithing techniques.

Relevant information regarding the materials, characteristics, dimensions, and other particularities of each creation is provided on its respective product page.

Due to the artisanal nature of our pieces and the use of natural materials, variations in tone, shape, texture, inclusions, and other characteristics inherent to emeralds, baroque pearls, mother-of-pearl, and other natural elements may occur.

These particularities are part of the nature and individuality of the materials and do not, by themselves, constitute a defect, provided that they correspond to the characteristics disclosed for the creation.

3. Prices

The applicable prices will be those displayed in the online store at the time the purchase is made.

Before confirming the order, the customer will be able to review the price of the selected creations and any other charges applicable to the transaction.

Shipping costs, where applicable, will be disclosed before the purchase is completed.

4. Availability

The availability of creations is subject to existing inventory at the time the order is placed.

Adding a creation to the shopping cart does not necessarily constitute a reservation of that creation until the purchase has been successfully completed.

If an exceptional availability issue arises after a purchase has been made, Arimatea will contact the customer to inform them of the alternatives available in accordance with applicable law.

5. Purchasing Process

To make a purchase, the customer must select the desired creation, add it to the shopping cart, and complete the information requested during the checkout process.

Before confirming the order, the customer will be able to review the selected creations, quantities, delivery information, applicable charges, and the total value of the transaction.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information for the processing of the order.

6. Payments

The available payment methods will be those displayed during the checkout process.

The availability of each payment method may depend on the payment platforms or service providers enabled on the website.

Arimatea will not request passwords, banking credentials, or confidential authentication information related to the customer's payment instruments by email.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Currently, purchases made through our online store are shipped to eligible destinations within Colombia.

The applicable shipping options, costs, and conditions will be disclosed during the checkout process.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, availability of the creation, and the conditions of the logistics provider. The applicable delivery period or date will be communicated to the consumer in accordance with current legislation.

Once the order has been dispatched, available tracking information will be provided where applicable.

8. Exchanges, Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Exchanges, returns, and the exercise of the right of withdrawal are governed by our Product Exchanges, Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy and applicable Colombian law.

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted as limiting any non-waivable rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

9. Statutory Warranty

Arimatea creations are covered by the statutory warranty under the terms established by Colombian law.

Requests concerning quality, fitness for purpose, or possible defects will be evaluated according to the nature of the creation and the applicable legal provisions.

Natural wear resulting from use, damage caused by improper use, or failure to follow the applicable care instructions will be addressed in accordance with the grounds for exemption from liability established under applicable law.

10. Information and Images

Arimatea seeks to ensure that photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials, and other information published on the website represent our creations as faithfully as possible.

However, the appearance of colors and tones may vary depending on the customer's screen, device, or display settings.

Natural materials and artisanal processes may also present the inherent variations described above.

These provisions do not exclude or limit Arimatea's obligation to provide accurate, sufficient, clear, and up-to-date information regarding the creations offered.

11. Intellectual Property

The content of the Arimatea website, including, among other elements, its name, visual identity, photographs, texts, designs, illustrations, graphic materials, editorial concepts, and other protectable content, belongs to Arimatea or is used with the corresponding authorization.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, commercial exploitation, or use of such content is prohibited, except where permitted by applicable law.

12. Use of the Website

Users agree to use the website lawfully and to refrain from engaging in activities that may affect its operation, security, or integrity, or infringe upon the rights of Arimatea or third parties.

13. Personal Data

Personal data provided through the website will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Colombian personal data protection legislation.

The version published on the website will be effective from its date of update, without prejudice to acquired rights or the conditions applicable to purchases made prior to such update.
